Parkplace is a luxury detached two-storey six bedroom, three bathroom house on a peaceful country club with stunning views overlooking the 18th hole of a spectacular PGA Championship golf course. Enormously spacious to allow two families or large groups a relaxing and comforting stay, the property is decorated to a superior standard and is fully air conditioned throughout. At the entrance to the complex is a 24 hour security gate.

The ground floor living area consists of a large wooden-floored lounge/diner and a kitchen/breakfast room. The lounge/diner includes a TV, DVD player and music centre. Patio doors lead to the pool deck with outstanding views overlooking the championship golf course. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, dishwasher, microwave, larder/fridge, washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board. The telephone can be used to make free local calls; long distance calls can be made by obtaining a pre-pay phone card from the local 24-hour Wal-Mart just 2 minutes away.

Also leading from the lounge is the master bedroom. This bedroom boasts a king size bed, two large closets, TV, DVD player and telephone with an en-suite luxury bathroom. You may wish to use the shower cubicle or decide to take a long soak in the corner bath to ease away the days spent on the golf course, nearby shopping malls or at the exhilarating theme parks. Finally on the ground level is a separate toilet/shower room.

The upper level contains an en-suite queen bedroom overlooking the golf course which comes fully furnished with wardrobes, TV and DVD Player. Three further twin rooms are once again fully furnished along with CD players. Finally a double bedroom which is fully furnished with a TV. A third bathroom completes the upper level.

The pool deck provides a fantastic opportunity to top up your tan. Sun loungers and chairs are provided for relaxing. The pool is fully screened to prevent any bugs and insects coming in, however the glorious Florida sun will still beam through! Kids and adults alike will always enjoy the pool, so don't forget your swimsuits!

Pool heating is optional at 125.00 USD per week. Bed linen is supplied for all bedrooms.

During your stay you will no doubt want to try out the activities both in and around Orlando at also at the complex itself. The complex offers tennis courts, a communal swimming pool, club house with small workout/exercise area, fishing and of course golf! Parkplace is also located just minutes away from major theme parks and within walking distance of a 24-hour Wal-Mart.
